The Lite Series is available in three carefully chosen focal lengths — 25mm, 35mm and 50mm — giving you a complete lightweight prime kit. The 25mm offers a natural, slightly wider perspective that’s perfect for street, travel and environmental portraits where you want more context in the frame. The 35mm sits in the classic “do-it-all” zone, making it ideal for documentary, everyday shooting and video with a balanced, familiar look. The 50mm provides a flattering short-telephoto view that excels for portraits and detail work, delivering pleasing compression and stronger subject separation. Precise Autofocus
Autofocus in the Lite Series is driven by a precise stepping motor (STM), delivering fast, quiet and reliable focusing that works seamlessly with your camera’s native AF systems. This means the lenses fully support in-camera focus modes such as face and eye detection, continuous AF and tracking, making them just as capable for candid street work as they are for portraits and video.
The smooth, controlled focus transitions also help keep footage natural when filming, while still allowing instant manual override when you want more hands-on control.
