Shipping Policy

 

We will offer Free Shipping to all orders with a carrier of our discretion. Orders can be processed with Next Day Delivery for an additional fee as detailed in the checkout.

 

Shipping prices for other addresses are calculated in the checkout. We can offer Express International Shipping with DHL for an additional fee. The tariff for each purchase is calculated in the checkout. 

 

Returns

 

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

 

For all items purchased that are unused and still sealed in their original packaging, our returns policy lasts 60 days. Please contact us within 60 days from your original invoice date and we will refund or exchange your order. We’ll give you a full refund if it’s unused and is still sealed with a factory sticker.

 

For orders containing items where the outer seal has been broken then you can still return for a full refund up to 14 days after you have received your order. After 14 days get up to 50% of the item cost refunded within 60 days dependent on a full appraisal by one of our team. 

 

You have the right to cancel any order at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.To complete your return, please contact us at hello@7artisans.co.uk

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method. 
If after 14 days you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@7artisans.co.uk. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
